St1 Biokraft, a leading Nordic biomethane player, has announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Danish Bio Commodities (DBC), a Denmark-based biogas and biomethane company. Subject to regulatory approval, the transaction adds more than 350 GWh of production capacity and approximately 900 GWh in the development pipeline, establishes St1 Biokraft in Denmark and marks an important step in the company’s Nordic growth journey.
